Jennifer M. Leach, Ph.D.

Jennifer M. Leach, Ph.D. LLC received her B.A. in Psychology at Williams College, and her M.A. in Psychology and Ph.D. in Clinical Developmental Psychology at Bryn Mawr College. She is a certified school psychologist who performed comprehensive psychoeducational assessments and IEP/504 development at the Chester County Intermediate Unit for 5 years prior to becoming the Director of Student Support Services at the Child Study Institute (CSI). After 10 years at CSI, she is now happy to be a part of the Bryn Mawr Center for Psychological and Educational Services with many of her CSI colleagues.

Dr. Leach’s area of focus is the support of students with executive function weaknesses. She works with middle school, high school and college students who are in need of support/training in organization, time management, and self-advocacy skills, in the context of school functioning. She employs a collaborative approach whereby the parent/family are included in the sessions and the school is consulted as needed.  An individualized program is developed for each student emphasizing structure, monitoring and accountability with the goal of improving school achievement.

In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Leach is currently offering telehealth sessions.
